Unpopular urban planning opinion: if an otherwise well designed building with good form fronts a stroad, it’s OK to turn its back to it. Stop forcing entrances on frontage you know they’ll never use. Fake windows and blocked doors don’t look better than a tasteful art feature or greenery.
